Suite 2

When the Culture Studio team toured 280 Fentress for the first time they were overwhelmed by its potential.  The entire property is 76k square feet of which 34k is office + warehouse on floor 1.  Building 2 then has around 45k of open warehouse where we manufacture music merch.  The most exciting part was that the second floor in building 2 had a wide available 9k sq ft of offices that we were not planning on using.  Since our team is new to the area, we thought of a better way to use the space than to invite great Daytona companies in and create a shared work environment.
